FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions
    WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Please contact the home for full details of current care costs and to discuss individual requirements.

CAN WE BRING MUM AND DAD'S FURNITURE INTO THE HOME?

We encourage residents to personalise their rooms and small pieces of furniture and, for example, a television, are suitable additions to their room. By law all electrical equipment needs to have passed portable appliance tests, and any soft furnishings need to comply with fire regulations.

WHAT LEVEL OF CARE DO YOU PROVIDE?

We provide a full range of care including:

Nursing and nursing care, complex care packages

        Post-operative rehabilitation

        Excellent end of life care

Short term respite care, when available.

All admissions are subject to an assessment by our clinical lead nurse and are assessed on an individual basis prior to admission.

HOW DO WE ARRANGE CARE FOR MY MUM OR DAD?

Once you have decided to choose Brookfield we will arrange an assessment to evaluate your relative’s needs. This enables us to ensure that we can provide a correct level of care that is right for the individual. We encourage family members and relatives to be fully involved in this process. Once we are happy that we can accommodate you an offer of residency is made. Financial advice can be given on request.
